This municipality belongs to a group of larger municipalities in Vojvodina, with 12 villages (Backa Palanka, Celarevo, Obrovac, Tovarisevo, Karadjordjevo, Mladenovo, Nova Gajdobra, Gajdobra, Silbas, Despotovo, Pivnice, Parage). It also includes two small settlements in Srem (Nestin and Vizic).
