We are enhancing our capacities to improve the capabilities of SMEs in Vojvodina

One of the goals of the Development Agency of Vojvodina (RAV) is to support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Vojvodina and their transformation into strong, competitive suppliers for multinational companies. This goal is embedded in the Supplier Development Program that RAV has initiated in collaboration with the International Finance Corporation (IFC). To be more effective, we have just completed the ‘Initial Assessor Training,’ which was organized as part of the USAID project ‘Big Small Business’.

During this training, we became familiar with the EFQM methodology, developed by the European Foundation for Quality Management, which is used to assess companies/suppliers and propose appropriate action plans in collaboration with the company. This methodology is widely used in organizations worldwide to achieve excellence in all aspects of business, including product and service quality, customer satisfaction, process efficiency, sustainability, and social responsibility.

We are enhancing our capacities to help SMEs in Vojvodina improve their competitiveness and have the opportunity to become suppliers to large domestic or multinational companies.
