Six wineries from Vojvodina presented themselves at the large world wine exhibition “Vinexpo America | Drinks America 2023” in New York on March 8 and 9: Bjelica, Chichateau, Deurić, Erdevik, Imperator, and Kovačević. The performance is part of the Provincial Government’s support program for promoting domestic exports and the investment potential of Vojvodina, and the performance organizer was the Development Agency of Vojvodina (RAV).
“Vinexpo America | Drinks America 2023” is a franchise of the Paris Wine and Spirits Fair, intended exclusively for professional buyers, and gives exhibitors from around the world the opportunity to present their products to North American buyers. Wines from Vojvodina province were presented with another 440 exhibitors from 32 countries, and the region of Vojvodina was at this specialized exhibition for the first time.
If there is interest and need, RAV will organize a return visit of potential buyers and media representatives from the USA to wineries from Vojvodina as a post-fair activity.
