Data from the August edition of the Economic Mirror show that the share of public debt in the GDP in June increased compared to the same period last year and amounts to 57.3%.
The value of foreign trade of Vojvodina during June 2020, as well as the index of total industrial production in Vojvodina recorded an increase compared to the previous month.
The labor market of Vojvodina is characterized by a decrease in the number of unemployed persons in June 2020 (108,345) compared to June 2019 (107,316), but also an increase of unemployment rates for women.
The employment rate for the young population in the first quarter of 2020 (22.0%) is lower compared to the same period in 2019 (23.8%). In June 2020, the average net salary in Vojvodina was lower than in the previous month and amounted to 56,896 dinars.
